Please accept my deepest sympathies at the sudden passing of Don who has left this earth too soon. As a frequent nay chronic user of especially Robarts Library I found Don to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and welcoming above and beyond his normative job duties. As a user I will miss his positive attitude and general positive outlook. Don probably didn't know that he in fact made many more friends than he realized. He was just too busy trying to help everyone to notice just how most people most of the time really appreciated him. That old saying you don't know how good someone is till they leave is so true in Don's case. Don I hope you are in a far better place now, are happy and restful. You more than deserve it.
