Obituary for Walter Donald "Don" Sklepowich

SKLEPOWICH, Don -
Suddenly on Thursday March 13, 2014. Born November 12, 1958, survived by mother Kay and brother Steve (Ann). Will be remembered as "cool Uncle Don" by nephews Michael and Matthew. Predeceased by father Andrew. Don was dedicated to his lifelong passion as a media specialist and instructor at the University of Toronto, as well as his own business as an audio engineer focusing on live recording, restoring, and digitizing current and historical audio works. Don will be missed by his many friends, and colleagues at the university. Friends will be received at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (North of Rexdale Blvd.), on Thursday March 20, 2014 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Panakhyda Thursday 7:30pm. Funeral Service in the chapel on Friday March 21, 2014 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Online condolences at newediukfuneralhome.com
