Condolence From: Nancy Luce
Condolence: I worked with Frances at Humber many years ago. Having worked in 13 Toronto area hospitals as a Home Care Case Manager I met hundreds of health professionals but she stood out from the crowd. I was always so impressed by Frances who was an extraordinary nurse; her knowledge and managerial skills were impressive. She contributed so much to our profession, and I am most grateful for her years of service.
