Obituary for Colm Martin Conneely

CONNEELY, Colm Martin –
Unexpectedly on May 19th 2017 in his 59th year. Beloved son of Colman and the late Rose Conneely. Loving brother of Bridget and Joseph (Lesia). Proud uncle of Patrick and Katie. Visitation will be held at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Sunday, June 4th 2017 from 2 – 4pm & 7 – 9pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish, 91 Ribblesdale Drive, Whitby on Monday, June 5th 2017 at 1:30pm. Cremation with interment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. If desired, donations in Colm’s memory may be made to ShareLife and condolences may be expressed online at www.wctownfuneralchapel.com.
