Obituary for Carol Ann Swain (Greer)

SWAIN, Carol Ann -
Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 20th, 2018 with her loving family by her side at the age of 73. Beloved wife to Doug for 48 years. Adored and loving mother to Derek and Leanne. Proud grandma to Aspen and Kianna. Cherished daughter of Lovina and the late Kenneth Greer. Deeply missed by her siblings Betty (Neil), Linda (Kenny), and Janet (Doug). Carol will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Mom’s feisty sense of humour will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Visitation will be held at W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby, on Saturday, December 1st, 2018 from 12pm until 2pm. A memorial service will follow at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Carol may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
