Condolence: I am deeply sorry to hear about the passing of Len, a fellow GTAA Welcome Team member. My deepest sympathies to Louise and family during this very difficult time. I can still see in my mind's eye Len's thoughtful smile on a shift at Terminal Three when he alerts me about any changes going on. I will never forget the look of love he gave Louise when he chanced upon the two of us having a girly talk about diamonds and heard Louise say her ring from Len was enough. He will be dearly missed.
Lots of Love

Condolence: My deepest sympathies to Louise and family during this difficult time. Toronto has lost an amazing soul.I have had the previledge to volunteer with Len at the Pearson international airport where I first met him and beautiful wife 5 years ago. It was always a beam of sunshine whenever I see him. I love his warmth and positive energy. I never get bored of listening to him about his adventures of traveling. I came to a realization that life is precious and take all the vacations with your kids which i sincerely appreciate.
My dearest Louise, you were 2 peas in a pod, amazing and kind hearted people. I love you all very much and I feel your kindred spirit every time I
see you all. Once again my deepest sympathies to your family. Regards from myself and my husband Michael

Condolence: Mrs. Brown, Karen, Kim & family:
Sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Brown. Whenever I had the pleasure of meeting him on Huntsmoor he always had a positive attitude and shared kind words. Many good memories of times growing up in Rexdale and Mr. & Mrs. Brown where part of that! Thinking of you all.

Condolence: It is with profound sadness that I learned of my fellow Welcome Team member, Len's, passing.

Len could always be counted on to lend a sympathetic ear and to do what he did best -- selflessly and happily help others.

Len was an inspiration to me, and a role model. When I joined the team, I had the pleasure of being trained by his wife, Louise, and Len was right there by her side, with a kind word and a big smile. When I speak so fondly of Len, that rightfully includes Louise, for what truly inspired was their abiding companionship, their deep love for each other, and their shared joy in assisting others.

It was always a pleasure to read a passenger compliment that had been sent in to Len -- the compliments weren't difficult to recognize, for they always mentioned his kind, warm and exceptional assistance... and how pleasantly surprised the assisted passenger was to learn of Len's age, particularly after being escorted all the way from one terminal to the other. But that was Len, always happy to go that extra distance.

I will truly miss Len's warmth, laughter and generosity of spirit. Thank you, Len.

My heartfelt condolences to Len's loving wife and life mate of 68 years, Louise, and to his loving family and friends.
