Obituary for Joan Theresa Quigg

QUIGG, Joan Theresa -
Peacefully, in the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late John “Jack” for 67 years. Loving mother of Jim (Jane) the late Tom (Jennifer), Susan, Maureen and Joanne. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Jennifer), Brendan, Candice (Matt), Courtney, Mitchell, Madeleine and Liam, and great-grandmother of Emma and Jackson. Dear sister of and predeceased by Gerald, Marie and Doreen (the late Victor). Dear sister-in-law of Olga. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Cheema, Dr. Maida and the CCAC. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Benedict Parish, 2194 Kipling Avenue, Toronto on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow with an interment at Mount Hope Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Benedict Parish would be appreciated.
