Obituary for Eileen Vesta Lamberton (Price)

Eileen Vesta Lamberton (Price)
LAMBERTON, Eileen Vesta (nee Price) -
(September 25, 1932 - June 8, 2018)
Devoted mother to Julie (Richard) and Sharon (Norm). Beloved Nana of Brendan (Meghan), Sarah (Mauricio) and Courtney, and new great-grandmother of Aria. Loving sister of the late Betty Morris (Raymond) and dear aunt to Peter, Paul, Kathy, and Rob Morris, Rick and the late Elaine Corras, and Rob and Deborah Lamberton. A true Weston historian, Eileen, who was affectionately known as Duck, grew up on the banks of the Humber River and proudly lived in Etobicoke all her life. She made many friends throughout her 40-year career in administration at Kodak, Safeway Foods, H&K, and Van Waters and Rogers. Eileen was passionate about nature and the protection of animals. Known as a great storyteller, Eileen captivated every room she entered. She began every day with a sense of determination and a resolve to find joy and laughter in all of life's moments. Eileen will always be remembered for her dedication to her family, fun-loving spirit, and enduring faith. A service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018 at St. Philip's Anglican Church, 31 St. Phillips Road, Etobicoke. Immediately after the service, Eileen will be laid to rest at St. Philip's Anglican Church, less than a mile away from where she was raised. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario SPCA can be made in Eileen's honour at http://support.ontariospca.ca/goto/ducky. Online condolences at newediukfuneralhome.com
