Obituary for Marie Monique Giuliano (Champagne)

Marie Monique Giuliano (Champagne)
GIULIANO, Monique -
Monique Giuliano died peacefully on May 31, 2018 at the age of 80. She was a gentle and loving woman who found the greatest of joys in her family. She was selfless in every sense of the word. She denied herself plenty and often for others. Although soft spoken, she had a powerful and sweet singing voice she loved to share. Edith Piaf’s La Vie en Rose was her favourite. Grandmama was a woman of unwavering inner strength and courage. She spent many a day in prayer and brought all her struggles to the Lord who sustained her. She leaves a legacy of faith and prayers that will continue to cover her family. Rest in peace notre petite fleur. Your voice has now joined Heaven’s choir. Monique is survived by her daughters Lisa and Lilly, her sons-in-law Pino and Anthony, her grandchildren Cathy (Walter), Monique (Wassim), Josie, Sal (Jaimie) and Domenic, and her great grandchildren Sienna, Emma, Calista, Gabriel, Christian and Willow. She is preceded by her son Salvatore and her husband Francesco. Family and friends may visit at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue, Toronto (North of Rexdale Boulevard) on Sunday, June 3 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at All Saints Church, 1415 Royal York Road, Toronto, on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 9:30 am. Interment Prospect Cemetary, 1450 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto.
In lieu of flowers, Monique’s wish was to have her love for children honoured by donations to Sick Kids hospital. Online condolences at newediukfuneralhome.com
