SONNEVELD, Jacob -
Born May 21, 1929 and passed away very unexpectedly the afternoon of Thursday, July 20, 2017. Father to Ellen Meredith Eadie, grandpa to Alexandra, Jake, and Diana Eadie and father in law to Dave Gibson. Known as Jack, he was incredibly giving, social, loving and compassionate. There will be a memorial at The Doctors House, Garden Room, 12 Nashville Road, Kleinburg, on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 2pm. Join his family in remembering and celebrating this amazing man.
