MARTIN, James Dennis "Jim" -
Passed away peacefully at his home in the loving care of his wife Brenda Rousseau and their daughter Katherine Martin (Nathan Penney). Jim is survived by his siblings Paul, David (Leticia), Robert, Donna, sisters-in-law Marie Sidor (Kim), Joanne Gamble (Brice) and brother-in-law John Rousseau (Cathy). Cherished uncle of Samantha Martin, Andrew Martin, Damian Jacobs, Camille Dunn, Luke Jacobs (Allison), Rhea Burns (Matt), Marcel Rousseau, Justin Rousseau, Jordan Rousseau (Stephanie) and Dione Rousseau. Jim was a long time employee of Whitby Psychiatric Hospital (Whitby Mental Health Centre). Supervisor/Facilitator of the Adolescent Psychiatric Rehabilitation Unit and a champion supporter of adolescent care and adolescent caregivers. Family and friends will be received at W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street, East, Whitby (905-668-3410) on Thursday June 1, 2017 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 1:00pm.
