TOWN, George Arthur Jr. -
(Proud Canadian, Lover of Fun & Freedom and True Whitby-ite)
Unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 21st 2017 in his 67th year. Predeceased by his beloved Wife Maria (2013). Unique and Spirited Father of Lisa (Luke) and Andrea (Kyle). Proud Grandpa of Quinn. Cherished Son of Irene and the late George Town. Loving Brother of Lynda Lackner. Dear Son-in-Law to Lila and the late Kurt Rossler. Brother-in-Law of Jim Rossler (Mary) and George Rossler. George will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Sunday, March 26th 2017 from 2 – 4pm and Monday, March 27th 2017 from 10 – 11:30am. Memorial Service will be held at All Saints’ Anglican Church, 300 Dundas Street West, Whitby on Monday, March 27th 2017 at 1pm. Cremation with interment at St. John’s Anglican Cemetery (Port Whitby). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund and condolences may be expressed online at www.wctownfuneralchapel.com
