Obituary for Bertha Maudsley (Hickey)

MAUDSLEY, Bertha -
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 13th 2015 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Bertha, loving wife of the late Richard Maudsley. Dear mother of Marion (Don). Loving Grandmother of seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and great great-grandmother of five great great-grandchildren.
Bertha was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters and is survived by six brothers and sisters all in the Maritimes. Family and friends will be received at the W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby, (905) 668-3410, on Friday January 16th 2015 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 P.M. A celebration of Bertha’s life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday January 17th 2015 at 11:00 A.M. Interment Mount Lawn Cemetery Whitby. If so desired , donations in Bertha’s memory may be made to the Sickkids Foundation. Online condolences at wctownfuneralchapel.com
