Obituary for George William Weeden

WEEDEN, George -
George passed away courageously at Sunnybrook Veterans Residence on October 18th age 90. Predeceased by his wife of 44 years, Lenora (Roszell) and younger brother Don. Survived by his sister Ruth Thomson. Loving father to David, Heather Weber, Steven, Kimberley Barrett, and Peter. Devoted Grandfather to Katie, Liz, Mark, Zoe, Rhys, Aidan, Natasha and Great Grandson Lucas. George was a decorated WW 2 veteran, serving as a navigator in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Visitation to be held at W. C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on October 21st from 7 to 9 pm. Private family internment. Celebration of George’s life to be held at a later date. Condolences may be left at www.wctownfuneralchapel.com
