Obituary for Nathan William Joshua "Nate" Roberts

ROBERTS, Nathan “Nate” -
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday August 23rd 2014. “Nate” loving husband of Eva. Beloved father of Dianne (Bob), Kirk (Connie), Kent (Sara), Dean (Brian), Dennis and Denise (Mike). Cherished “Poppy” and “Pop Pop” to numerous Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren. A special “Thank you” to Dr. Michael Gertler for his constant care and concern, and to the many special care workers from C.C.A.C. and the nurses from 7C. Dad had a great ability to make friends and was fondly loved by many. Cottage life was dear to him. Family and friends will be received at the W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby, 905-668-3410, on Monday August 25th 2014 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday August 26th 2014 at 11:00 am. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens. If so desired, donations in Nates’ memory may be made to the SickKids Foundation. Online condolences can be made at www.wctownfuneralchapel.com
